Ahh to dress like an 18th century fashionista...

Though not one of my all time fave movies, The Duchess, staring Keira Knightley plays the role of 18th century duchess Georgiana dubbed G (gossip girl bells anyone?) by her closest friends and husband. Stuck in a 3 way triangle with her awful husband the duke, this movie chronicles her political and fashionable life as a celebrity of her time and a beloved mother. Loved the 18th century costume, especially the duchess's experiential style !

Moments of awe

Between applying for jobs and waiting for 8 o'clock to break my fast ( yes Ramadan in London is no picnic) I do find moments of pleasure reading up on one of my fave online site - fashion156.com - and checking out updates on London Fashion Week. I absolutely loved Steve J and Yoni P + Rozalb De Mura's collections! The Rozalb De Mura especially hit the spot for me as the clothes are loose and flowy- much like the traditional thoub men where back home in Bahrain!

My name is Fashion Ambition and I am a big corny fan of The Hills. It's not enough I scour the web for new updates on Lauren Conrad's wardrobe or devour the latest gossip about her new fling Doug but when watching the show I gasp at all the right parts and have a huge dumb smile on my face when trailing mtv.ca for cracks to view the premier of Season 4 episode 1 . (Which I saw and loved)

But I am noticing Lauren's style is improving with time which I am so happy about as her style beforehand aka Season 1 and 2 and a but of 3 was a bit lazy. Now I am loving her wardrobe and addicted to finding out whatever she will wear next .
